Correspondence Office
It is our administrative unit responsible for coordinating the official correspondence of our university, and for ensuring that internal and external communications are conducted in an organized and systematic manner. Our directorate manages the flow of correspondence between all academic and administrative units of the university and meticulously carries out the registration, tracking, and archiving processes of official documents.
Our unit is responsible for preparing the meeting agendas of the university senate and administrative board, drafting their decisions, and communicating them to the relevant units. Additionally, we coordinate correspondence related to important processes such as personnel affairs of academic and administrative staff, assignments, appointments, and promotions.
As the Correspondence Office, we track documents prepared in accordance with official correspondence rules and provide consultancy services to other units when necessary. We continuously undertake improvement activities to ensure more effective and efficient internal communication, and we organize necessary training sessions to enhance our staff’s competencies in this area.
