The unit works to increase the university’s recognition abroad and provides information and promotes the university’s programs, scholarships, and educational services to prospective students. It is responsible for all processes from these promotional activities up to the point where prospective students choose University of Mediterranean Karpasia and complete their registration.
Additionally, the unit is responsible for initiating, executing, and developing international collaborations by facilitating the signing of cooperation agreements and protocols with many universities in various countries around the world.
Services
- To ensure that higher education student candidates receive direct information about University of Mediterranean Karpasia in the most accurate way in the cities they live in by coordinating the representative and regional offices operating in many cities around the world.
- To inform prospective students, parents, etc. who directly contact the university through channels such as the prospective student information line, online support line, e-mail, social media.
- To ensure that higher education student candidates receive direct information about University of Mediterranean Karpasia through promotional activities conducted abroad.
- Participating in education and career promotion fairs organized abroad.
- Prepare acceptance letters for international prospective students; provide additional documentation to assist with visa applications if necessary.
- To provide continuous personal support to our international students and to direct them to Student Affairs when necessary.
- Consult closely with international representatives to help build a strong and positive relationship.
- To carry out the registration procedures of prospective students.
- Receiving applications and following up the processes until registration is completed.
Working Hours
Every weekday 08:30-12:30, 13:30-17:00
