Immigration Procedures

Requirements for Obtaining a Migration Permit

  1. After completing your course registration, go to https://permissions.gov.ct.tr/login and click on the “Student Permits” link in the “Online Transactions” menu on the main menu to start the registration process in the Immigration system.
    • Students registering for the first time can click on the “New Registration” button here, fill in the required information, and then log in using the username and password that will be sent to them via email and/or SMS.
    • Students who have previously registered can click on the “Login” button here and log in using their username and password.
  2. Sisteme giriş yaptıktan sonra buradaki adımları takip ederek yapılması gerekli olan işlemleri yapmaları gerekmektedir.
  3. Don’t forget to get a Foreign Registration Number (YKN) from the immigration system and keep it safe. You’ll need it for all the paperwork you do at government offices.
  4. Take the necessary steps for a medical report.
    • Please pay your laboratory fees through the system.
    • Have your health tests done at the laboratory specified by name and address in the system.
  5. Based on the results of your medical report, you can pay the emigration fee online through the system.
  6. If the system indicates that your student permit is ready, you can obtain a printed copy of your student permit from the printer.
