TRNC nationals and Turkish citizen student candidates who have completed their entire high school education in the TRNC are placed in associate or undergraduate programs based on their success in the Student Placement and Scholarship Ranking Exam and the programs they prefer.

- Copy of ID card
- Original diploma along with a photocopy
- TRNC Student Placement and Scholarship Ranking Exam certificate / ÖSYM Placement Result Document
Turkish citizens who have completed their entire high school education in the TRNC can apply with a document proving that their secondary education was completed uninterruptedly at a formal education institution in the TRNC.
