Message from the Director

Lecturer Işılay COŞKUN
Dear Students,
Dear Students and Visitors,
Gastronomy is not only the art of cooking; it is a universal language that unites cultures, traditions, and creativity. With this understanding, as the University of Mediterranean Karpasia Vocational School of Culinary Arts, we aim to equip our students not only with technical knowledge, but also with an artistic perspective, an awareness of hygiene, and professional discipline.
Our Culinary Arts (Cookery) (Associate Degree) (Turkish) program is enriched not only with theoretical courses, but also with fully equipped kitchen workshops, hands-on training, and internships closely integrated with the industry. Through this program, our students gain knowledge in a wide range of topics, from modern culinary techniques to traditional flavors, and at the same time, become individuals who can make a difference in the sector.
Our team of experienced instructors works meticulously to ensure that our students are trained as confident, creative, and solution-oriented chef candidates. Our graduates have built successful careers in a wide variety of fields, from the hospitality industry to boutique restaurants, from international cuisines to their own entrepreneurial ventures.
We invite you to join the colorful and delicious journey of the world of gastronomy.
Kind regards,
Lecturer Işılay COŞKUN
