Lecturer & Clinical Psychologist Aybike Girente received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Near East University (2021). She holds two master’s degrees, in Clinical Psychology from Cyprus Science University (2023) and in General Psychology from European University of Lefke (2024). Since 2025 she has been pursuing her doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology at Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University.

Girente has continued her academic career as a lecturer at various universities, teaching courses in psychology. Since 2026 she has been working as a lecturer at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia. Her research interests include clinical psychology, romantic relationships and manipulation, among others, and she has presented papers on these topics at international scientific meetings.
