Prof. Dr. Hikmet Seçim completed his undergraduate studies in Economics and Public Finance at Ankara University in 1978 and his doctoral studies in Business Administration (Management and Organisation) at Anadolu University in 1985. He received the title of Associate Professor in 1987 and Professor in 1994. With a long and distinguished administrative career, Prof. Dr. Seçim has served as dean, institute director and acting rector at various universities. He currently serves as Acting Head of Department at the Faculty of Law of the University of Mediterranean Karpasia. His research and work focus on management and organisation, hospital and healthcare management, public relations and political communication. He has articles indexed in international indexes such as SSCI/SCIE, as well as numerous books and book chapters in these fields. Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Seçim has supervised 50 master’s and 9 doctoral theses.
