Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muri Wole Adedokun completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting at Lagos State University in 2002. He received his master’s degree in Finance from the University of Ilorin in 2016 and his doctoral degree in Accounting and Finance from Cyprus International University in 2021. In addition to his academic work, he holds administrative positions at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia, including Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance and advisor to the master’s programme in Business Administration. His research interests include financial inclusion, sustainability, the impact of artificial intelligence on finance and auditing, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and corporate finance. He has published numerous articles indexed in international indexes such as SCI/SSCI, as well as international conference papers on these topics. Dr. Adedokun also supervises many master’s and doctoral theses.
