Lecturer Nilhan Avcı Gürdal completed her undergraduate studies in Law in 2012. She received her master’s degree, also in Law, in 2024 with a thesis entitled “Default of the Debtor in Reciprocal Contracts under TRNC Law in Comparison with Turkish Law”. Alongside her academic career, she is a lawyer registered with the TRNC Bar Association. After working at Rauf Denktaş University between 2019 and 2024, she joined the University of Mediterranean Karpasia as a Lecturer in 2024. She teaches courses such as Civil Law, Roman Law, Introduction to Cyprus Law and Immovable Property Law.
