Dr. Seran Beyar received an associate degree in English-medium Public Relations from Girne American University in 2003, completed undergraduate studies in English-medium Business Administration at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia in 2016, and a master’s degree in Business Administration at the same university in 2018. Dr. Beyar received a doctoral degree in Communication Sciences from the European University of Lefke in 2026.

At the University of Mediterranean Karpasia, Dr. Beyar serves as Director of the Vocational School of Aviation, Head of the Department of Civil Aviation Cabin Services and Head of the Department of Civil Air Transportation Management, and is also an alternate member of the SHGM-YÖK Commission. Dr. Beyar’s research interests include aviation management, organizational stress management with a focus on cabin crew, flight crew communication and coordination awareness, and discourse analysis of social media content concerning international students. Dr. Beyar has articles published in international peer-reviewed journals and papers presented at scientific meetings in these fields.
