Lecturer Turgay Mumcuoğlu completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Istanbul University in 1977. He works as a Lecturer at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia. Alongside his academic career, he is a lawyer registered with the Adana Bar Association. Within the Bar, he has held positions such as Secretary General and Chair of the Consumer Rights Commission, and has also acted as a trustee, concordat commissioner and mediator. The courses he teaches include Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Civil Procedure Law, Labour Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Law of Obligations.
