Dr. Nazanin Naderiadib Alpler completed her undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies in Tourism and Hotel Management and Tourism Management at Eastern Mediterranean University. In her academic career, she works in the fields of tourism, hospitality management, human resources, sustainability, employee behaviour and aviation management. Alpler has published articles in international peer-reviewed journals, as well as books and book chapters with international publishers, and has presented numerous papers at national and international scientific meetings. Her research focuses particularly on the employability of employees in the tourism and hospitality sector, job stress, organizational behaviour, sustainability and green human resources practices, as well as sustainability and digital communication in the aviation sector. Alongside her academic work, Alpler teaches courses in civil aviation in areas such as airline management, aviation security, aviation law, airline ground services and travel technologies. She served as Head of the Department of Civil Aviation Management at Cyprus West University between 2024 and 2026, and as of 15 September 2026 she took up her post as Head of the Department of Civil Aviation Management at the Faculty of Aviation, University of Mediterranean Karpasia.
