Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarvnaz Baradarani completed her undergraduate studies in English Language and Literature at Urmia University, Iran, in 2006. She received her master’s (2010) and doctoral (2018) degrees in Tourism Management from Eastern Mediterranean University. She was awarded the title of Assistant Professor in 2018. In addition to her academic work, she holds administrative positions at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia, including Acting Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Head of the Department of Hotel Management, Director of the Career Center and Member of the Senate. Her research interests include service innovation in tourism, gastronomy tourism, green tourism and sustainability and destination management. She has articles published in international peer-reviewed journals, book chapters and numerous international conference papers in these fields.
