Google Classroom

All students and academic staff can access Distance Support Education with the UMK extension email account. You can attend online classes with your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Google Classroom, which is commonly used in distance education, allows to share class materials with students simultaneously, and Google Meet can be used to hold live video conferences. The Google Meet app is easy to use. You can join an existing conference with 250 individuals at the same time using the Google Meet app. The following Google applications are free for academic staff and students at our university: Calendar, Classroom, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Google Vault, Groups for Business, Hangouts Chat, Hangouts Meet, and Google Hangouts; Jamboard Service; Keep; Sites; and Tasks.

For those who will log in from the computer:

In the first step, visit from your web browser. Log in with your UMK extension e-mail account and password given to you.

On the screen that opens, first click Accept/Accept and then Continue/Continue. Click “I’m a student”.

After logging in, click the “+” button on the top right of the page and click the “Join Class” option. Enter the code given by your instructor in the window that opens and complete the process. All class codes are shared from

To apply for an e-mail account with UMK extension, send an e-mail to containing your student number, Name and Surname. Your login information will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours at the latest.
