The main purpose of the Human Resources Directorate is to ensure that the employment and personnel affairs of the full-time and part-time lecturers and administrative, technical and support personnel at the University of Mediterranean Karpasia are carried out in accordance with the current laws, regulations, regulations, and application principles. It is also to support the development of human resources practices in accordance with this legislation.
